We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our mobile (Android & iOS) and Windows applications. Technical Support Staff & Encoders

Provide first-level technical support for all hardware and software components of our smart city projects, including ANPR cameras, sensors, network devices, and central management systems.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new IT equipment and systems at various project sites (checkpoints, traffic intersections, parking areas).

Accurately encode and update large volumes of data into various databases and proprietary software systems.
Perform regular data validation and verification to ensure the integrity, consistency, and correctness of information.
